  • If the product is returned or canceled twice due to problems other than the product itself, or if the relevant circumstances are serious, this website will stop serving you.

    • Note 4: Since the product is artificially made, thread ends and some loose threads, buttons that can be sewn back, very small stains, material that is not as expected, and special stitching (safety stitching/fixed pocket stitching) are not defects and cannot be returned or exchanged.
