Q: Are all products in stock?
A: Most of them are in stock, but a few need to be transferred. If you need confirmation, you can ask us through the official website before ordering!

Q: Will there be replenishment when the product is sold out?
A: If the product is sold out, we will ask the manufacturer if it can be added. If the addition is successful, it will be directly put on the official website.

Q: Can I try on the product?
A: Sorry [SRVED.] does not provide physical store try-on. You can refer to the size data in the product information for reference. If you are not sure about the size, you can also ask us through the official website!

Pre-order Instructions

  • Pre-order products are not in stock, and the official reservation period is 3-6 weeks (starting from the end of the pre-order time). Pre-order buyers are required to reserve a pre-order period.
  • Pre-ordered products are based on the estimated days of production, delivery, etc. The days of arrival of the products cannot be exactly the same. We apologize for any delay in arrival and will notify you in sequence.
  • Pre-order and in-stock products are sometimes subject to the risk of "shortage or out-of-stock" due to various factors. If the product is out of stock, we will proactively inform you through the official email and ask whether to modify the order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
